Noe Champagne and Wine Bottle Tub
There are several gestures we make when we hold a bottle of wine: store, open, pour, hold and cool. Giulio Lacchetti is the designer of a unique collection of objects, the Noe series, one object for each gesture. Thanks to its ample proportions and the series of compartments dotted along its upper edge, the Noe wine cooler can hold up to five bottles of wine or two magnums. Although this kind of wine cooler was already used in the Renaissance (we can see something similar in the paintings of the time) it is inspired by the Vasque of the French wine tradition.
