His head features our classic scaredy cat design, complete with a removable witch hat that allows you to place a battery-operated light inside for an eerie glow. The eyes and mouth are cut out with velum inserts for that signature spooky effect. Dressed in a long, flowing black gauze gown, this ghoul is ready for trick-or-treating with a vintage-style pumpkin bucket hanging from his arm. A perfect blend of nostalgia for your Halloween decor!
