This Traditional Monitor 17 Series valve trim features a main control that utilizes a single-function pressure balanced cartridge. Maintains a balanced pressure of hot and cold water even when a valve is turned on or off elsewhere in the system.
The top handle controls three diverter functions. The bottom handle controls on/off and adjusts volume with a 90-degree maximum rotation; a separate dial controls temperature. The 7" diameter escutcheon features red/blue indicator markings. Standard installation allows up to 1-1/8" finished wall thickness. For thick wall installations up to 2-1/8" thick, order RP90542 sold separately.
